How to use: 1. Prime the eyelids (preferably with an eye primer) for longer wear. 2. Apply a transition shade through the crease and blend well. 3. Deepen the outer corner or lash line with a darker shade. 4. Use a lighter/shimmery shade to highlight the lid center or inner corner. 5.
