Frequently asked questions
How fast is delivery?
We deliver to Amman and every other governorate in Jordan in 24–48 hours. Delivery costs 3 JOD and is free on orders over 50 JOD.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Every product comes from the brand or its official distributor in Jordan.
How can I pay?
Pay in cash when your order arrives. We call to confirm your order before we send it.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, sealed products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Returns within Jordan are free: we collect the item, or it can be dropped off at our Amman office. For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Can you help me choose?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with your skin or hair type and what you're looking for, and we'll suggest what suits you.
