How to use: 1. Shake well to mix the water and oil phases. 2. Soak a cotton pad with the product. 3. Wipe the face and lips gently. 4. For the eyes, press the pad lightly on the lids for a few seconds, then wipe without rubbing. 5. No rinsing needed; follow with a water-based cleanser if desired.
