How to use: 1. After shampooing, squeeze out excess water. 2. Apply an adequate amount to mid-lengths and ends, avoiding the scalp if it tends to be oily. 3. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, or up to 10 minutes for deeper care. 4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 5. Use 1 to 2 times a week, or as needed.
